After the changes were made to the designs and conducting a 2nd round of Usability tests, I immediately sent out a Google form survey to find the ease of use of the website to calculate the System Usability Scale(SUS) score. The average SUS score when calculated was 68.
From some references I have read, the standard average of SUS score is 68. If your product or feature reaches less than that, you might have to go the extra mile to change or improve your product or feature usability.
